The European Confederation of Development NGOs (CONCORD) launched an invitation concerning the organization of "webinars" intended for members of civil society organisations (CSO) in order to influence the future programming of the European Union (EU).

The EU is currently reviewing its external action financing instruments. CONCORD and its members are closely following and influencing the process at the Brussels and EU Member States level, including advocating for CSO participation in the processes.

CONCORD and its members prepared for you the attached information note on the first phase of the programming process of the “Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument” (NDICI), the new external action instrument (which replaces the EDF, the DCI, the EIDHR etc) to ensure that CSOs are meaningfully consulted and engaged in this “pre-programming” process for the next financial period (2021-2027).

CONCORD is also organising series of webinars to deepen your knowledge on the EU budget process, the programming of the new external instrument (NDICI), but also to provide you with crucial tips on how to effectively engage with the EU Delegations on the programming process and raise your organisation profile.

For webinars in English, there are several dates available (27 March, 31 March, 2 April, 7 April) with maximum number of 30 participants to maintain them as interactive as possible. Please register at the following link by 27 March. After this date, logistical details to join the webinar will be shared with the ones registered.
