In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the imposed lockdowns, MAJALAT has developed a new activity plan for the years 2020-2021. The plan aims to continue the work on the Eu-Neighbourhood dialogue despite the restrictions on people’s movement, using on online communication tools. In this regard, Majalat held a series of webinars, building on the recommendations drafted and discussed at previous events, including the Civil Society Forum in Brussels, last December. The first series of webinars aimed to offer a venue for civil society to reflect and exchange on the impact of the current health and economic crisis.
As part of the MAJALAT project, the Forum des Alternatives Maroc (FMAS) held a webinar specifically on “Climate justice and social justice in the context of Covid-19”. During this event, participants discussed, enriched and confirmed the recommendations presented during the Forum on this theme.
