With a view to the next meeting of the “Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law” sub-committee between Tunisia and the European Union (EU), which will be held on January 26, EuroMed Rights and its members and partners in Tunisia publish this note to share their comments and recommendations on the human rights situation in Tunisia. The analysis and recommendations below, addressed both to the Tunisian authorities and to the institutions of the EU and its member countries, are the result of collaboration between more than 50 organizations in Tunisia, particularly involved in the “Tripartite Dialogue” project.
